Nerissa del Rosario

Nerissa del Rosario retired in 2015 after 36 years of service in the military. She served in the US Army, Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard with over 16 years of active duty time. She is currently a faculty member at a Washington State technical college and certified Dependable Strengths Instructor.
