Ronald Lowell, MSW, LICSW

Ronald Lowell, LICSW, SUDP, MAC, is a licensed clinical Social
worker with a 22-year history of working with veterans, women,
couples, groups, and families. He served as a Clinical Social
worker at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle for
18.5 years and on faculty with the University of Washington,
Seattle University and Washington State University and an
Associate professor at Edmonds College. He now focuses on his
private practice as well as his consultation services to state and
local agencies. Mr. Lowell received his MSW in Clinical Social
Welfare from the University of Washington in 2000, became
licensed in Washington State in 2004. His expertise includes
Cognitive Behavioral, Psychotherapy and Evidence-based
treatments for PTSD, depression, mindfulness trauma, sleep
disturbance, and interpersonal relationship skills. Compassionate
and caring, he utilizes an integrative and holistic approach to
treatment, maintaining a collaborative relationship in setting
treatment goals while carefully listening to and responding to
clients’ needs.
