As we welcome in the New Year, your Washington Department of Veterans Affairs continues to support and serve the many brave members of our community who served in the Armed Forces.
We are grateful to our veterans and families of all military branches, as well as our Gold Star Family Members who sacrificed so much.
On behalf of your WDVA, we all hope you enjoyed the Holidays and were able to spend time with family and friends. We salute our Veterans Homes family members and appreciate their patience as we modified our Homes processes and procedures, in order to keep their loved ones safe and healthy.
Our entire WDVA Team appreciates the privilege to be part of this incredible organization where, every day, we have the opportunity to make profound differences in the lives of veterans and their families. Our mission of “Serving Those Who Served” is one we do not take lightly and we are blessed to have countless veterans and community organizations who share this passion and vision!
As we look forward to 2022, I am encouraged by our direction, goals and partnerships and excited to see our collective accomplishments. It is truly an honor having our WDVA Team and our partners side-by-side as we serve veterans and their families.
