Jeffery Roskelly
Jeffery Roskelley, LICSW, graduated from the University of Utah with his MSW in 2008. Jeff currently provides training and consulting for the SPIRIT Lab (Supporting Psychosis Innovation through Research, Implementation and Training Lab) at the University of Washington and provides private counseling, supervision, consultation, and training through his private practice, SOUND Life Recovery, based in Bellingham, WA. Jeff’s areas of specialty include cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBTp) and substance use disorder. Since 2013, he has trained WA State Assertive Community Treatment Teams in the treatment of co-occurring disorders and in the use of cognitive behavioral techniques for severe mental illness. In 2015, Jeff trained with and received CBTp consultation from Jennifer Gottlieb, Ph.D. from the Harvard Medical School & received supervision from Sarah Kopelovich, Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Jeff's previous roles include working as a hospice counselor, a co-occurring assessment specialist at the University of Utah, and a co-occurring specialist for the Lake Whatcom PACT team in Bellingham, WA. Finally, last but not least, Jeff is an ardent dog lover and a dabbler in chi gong.
