Workshop Description:
Emotional Intelligence is a foundational program for individuals and teams to grow in their ability to recognize, understand and manage emotions. The impact this makes on individuals is greater self awareness, overall increased well-being, growth in communication and problem solving skills. The greatest reward of individuals growing their emotional intelligence is empathy and connected relationships, both at work and home. At Inclusion Culture, we love influencing the whole person, which greatly impacts the mission and vision of an organization.
The Inclusion Culture facilitators create a fun and engaging learning environment for participants to move forward with goals to increase inclusion and connection. Implementing the material after the class is part of the learning process. It’s not just about gaining insights, but applying the experience to participant's professional and personal life. This dynamic Emotional Intelligence course includes 8 hours of instruction that incorporates discussion, videos that highlight EQ, individual time of reflection, coaching, and group activities.
Participants receive an optional EQ assessment, supportive books and materials to continue on their EQ journey.
Please Note: VTSC will be sending you the workbooks, for this workshop, at no cost to you. ALL participants MUST adjust their registration, by June 10th, if they are no longer able to attend the workshop.
