Life's problems can become an unbearable weight to carry alone. Join us to challenge yourself physically and mentally as you navigate the course. Use teamwork and personal resiliency to build skills and discover resources to overcome life's challenges.
-Bring your ruck filled with a donation for Santa's Castle or non-perishables for the food bank (optional).
-Civilian or PT attire recommended
Sign up squads of 5-15 for a 30minute window between 0700 - 1300
