FEEDBACK REQUESTED: Global War on Terror Memorial on Capitol Campus
Washington Department of Enterprise Services committed to creating a survey to collect feedback from Washington state stakeholders to provide their feedback on what a Global War on Terror memorial honoring fallen Washington state residents and/or service members would look like on the Capitol Campus.
A legislative work group is studying the feasibility of creating a new memorial to be located on the Washington State Capitol Campus in Olympia.
The purpose of this memorial would be to honor fallen Washington state residents and/or service members due to the Global War on Terror. We value the comments and input from our Washington State veterans and citizens.
We are seeking feedback to help us develop recommendations on what this memorial could be and look like.
